Conference Notes

ACTEAZ and ACOVA are excited to host the 2025 Midwinter Leadership Conference on February 5 - February 7, 2025, at the Prescott Resort & Conference Center. This conference is open to all CTE Professionals -  Administrators, Counselors, and Teachers.

Potential presenters should read ALL of this information before submitting a proposal.

 

General Information:

Dates of Conference:  February 5 - 7, 2025. Registration check in will start on February 5 at 3:30. (Only special sessions will be offered this day by ACTEAZ, ACOVA and ADE.)

Location: Prescott Resort & Conference Center, 1500 East State Route 69, Prescott, AZ 86301

Deadline to Submit a Proposal: December 2, 2024

NOTE:  All proposals are peer reviewed. Final decisions will be made, and submitters will be notified of the status of their proposal via e-mail by January 6, 2025.

ONLY SUBMIT A PROPOSAL FOR YOURSELF

Length and Time of Presentation: Presentations should be 50 minutes long. Time and date of presentation are up to the selection committee. We will take your choices into consideration.

Guidelines: Please do not use acronyms, initials or ALL CAPS in your name, affiliation, address, title or description. ACTEAZ/ACOVA reserves the right to edit presentation titles and descriptions for length and content.

Accepted speakers and co-speakers are responsible for ALL conference-related expenses, including, travel, lodging and meals.

Selling or promoting products or services is NOT allowed in presentations.
