ACTEAZ and ACOVA are excited to host the 2026 Midwinter Leadership Conference on February 4 - 6, where your presence as a presenter will help shape an unforgettable experience for all CTE Professionals – Administrators, Counselors and Teachers, Instructional Specialist and Data Experts from across Arizona.

Dates of Conference:  February 4 - 6, 2026. Registration check-in will start on February 4 at 3:30 p.m. (Only special sessions will be offered on this day by ACTEAZ, ACOVA and ADE.)

Deadline to Submit a Proposal: November 20, 2025

NOTE: All proposals are peer reviewed. Final decisions will be made and submitters will be notified of the status of their proposal via e-mail by November 26, 2025.

Length and Time of Presentation: Presentations should be 50 minutes long. Time and date of presentation are up to the selection committee. We will take your choices into consideration.

Guidelines: Please do not use acronyms, initials or ALL CAPS in your name, affiliation, address, title or description. ACTEAZ/ACOVA reserves the right to edit presentation titles and descriptions for length and content.

Accepted presenters and co-presenters are responsible for ALL conference-related expenses, including travel, lodging and meals.

Selling or promoting products or services is NOT permitted in presentations.
