Ashleigh is leading DPR Construction’s Workforce Development initiatives for the state of Arizona. In this role, Ashleigh seeks to inspire, hire, and develop DPR’s future builders and leaders by partnering with community and education stakeholders at the local, state, and national level. Prior to joining the Workforce Development team, Ashleigh was a senior Workforce Development Manager for NCCER where she focused on advocating for industry-recognized training programs and promoted industry-education connections. Ashleigh holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin- Stevens Point specializing in CTE secondary education and psychology
