Lisa Bliss is the Associate Director and an Assistant Teaching Professor with the NAU School of Hotel & Restaurant Management. Her background is in restaurant operations and law. In academia, Lisa encounters stereotypes of hospitality careers and fears of instability. It is her mission to teach those who love to serve that they can do anything with a hospitality career.
