Dr. Kathy Yeager currently serves as the Director of NAU’s Workforce Development Center located in Mesa, AZ. The Center is focused on growing Arizona’s hospitality industry workforce pipeline. She works closely with education partners as well as hospitality organizations to identify employment gaps and to build awareness of credit and non-credit programs that are available. Her background includes broad work experience at both the community college and university levels in Academic and Student Affairs.
