Liz Gonzalez, Ed.S., is a passionate advocate and trailblazer in the field of Career and Technical Education (CTE) where she proudly serves as the Isaac CTE District Coordinator in Phoenix, Arizona. At the heart of Liz' work is an innovative commitment to advocating for marginalized youth.. Her scholarly research pursuits and community passions focus on pioneering CTE policies that break new ground in fostering inclusivity and providing equal opportunities for all students. Ms. Gonzalez holds a keen understanding of the transformative power of bridging community and educational endeavors, synthesizing and synergizing them into youth empowerment service learning movements that maximize student career opportunities. With a fervent vision and mission that every student has a bright future, Ms. Gonzalez's leadership lights the way, as she strongly believes that ALL students can succeed, ALL they need is support, OURS!

Participants will gain strategic best practices on how to effectively integrate exploratory CTE programming by fully encompassing community partners, federal funding, and resources. Hear student success stories in their journey of career exploration. This program is an independent/stand-alone class taught by qualified CTE teachers who collaborate with high school CTE teachers. Participants will obtain cutting-edge creative and collaborative service-learning project ideas to take back to their communities for an easy, stress-free implementation.
