Catherine Oliver is an Education Program Specialist for the Title IV-A Student Support and Academic Enrichment grant and Gifted Education. Catherine has a master’s in business administration. Leveraging her extensive background with a master’s in business administration, Catherine has successfully transitioned from the healthcare sector to make a meaningful impact in education. Initially working as a math teacher, she has now carved out a niche as a grant specialist, utilizing her unique blend of business acumen and teaching experience. Catherine’s fondness for teaching now has an outlet in outreach efforts with LEAs to better utilize Title IV-A funding.
