Program Category Manager of Advanced Manufacturing & STEM National Coalition of Certification Centers (NC3)

Paulina Szpila spent 10 years in the financial, marketing, & management sectors for logistics, commerce, & automotive industries as well as 5 years in education as an instructor and program manager while earning her MBA. Paulina joined the National Coalition of Certification Centers (NC3) as their Lincoln Electric Program Manager in 2020. After spending several years developing their welding training and certification program, her new role as the Advanced Manufacturing and STEM Program Category Manager allows her to utilize both of her backgrounds in business & education. She is proud to come from a family of tradesmen as a first-generation college graduate and believes in the powerful impact of career and technical education on future generations. She looks forward to providing opportunities for schools and communities to make a difference across the country in young people's lives.

    NC3 Lincoln Electric Education Partner Schools (LEEPS) is a structured certification program for welding instructors and students. Participants will receive curriculum, labs, and assessments first-hand by Master Instructors. The Train-the-Trainer class provides a certification training framework to ensure the instructors possess the knowledge and skills required to properly train new welders in Welding Safety, Principles of Welding, GMAW, SMAW, FCAW, & GTAW. Participants will be certified NC3 trainers can provide standardized, world-class welding training at LEEPS & LEEPStart organizations.
