Mitch Horlick is the Director of Business Partnerships at the Greater Phoenix Chamber Foundation - ElevateEdAZ initiative. In this position, he leads the ElevateEdAZ Business Partnership Team and is responsible for increasing the number of work-based learning experiences for ElevateEdAZ students by cultivating relationships with local businesses. Before joining the Foundation, Mitch was the Executive Director of an online high school for at-risk students, called Online School of Arizona. He helped secure the school charter, oversaw daily operations, academic excellence, and the buildout of the Glendale campus. Prior to starting this school, Mitch was the Managing Partner and Founder of nSpire, a full-service rewards and motivation consulting firm. Additionally, he has been serving as a board member for the Blueprint Education charter schools for the past 10 years. Mitch earned a Bachelor of Business Administration specializing in Economics and Public Policy from George Washington University.
