  • Interdisciplinary

This session will take a look at the barriers that marginalized populations face when looking to access work-based learning (WBL). Attendees will learn how to negate these barriers, ensure equitable access for their learners leading into employment through hearing about the experiences of these populations & how WBL opportunities have impacted their lives. We hope to tell this story through stories we have received from our customers sharing the impact WBL has had on their communities, how being able to scale these opportunities & offer them to more learners has changed their communities.
