- Business and Marketing Education
As artificial intelligence transforms technical careers, durable skills, such as communication, critical thinking, collaboration, adaptability, and ethical decision-making, are becoming essential for student success. This session helps career and technical educators understand what durable skills are, why they matter in an AI-driven workforce, and how to intentionally integrate them into technical coursework without sacrificing content rigor. Participants will explore practical strategies, classroom examples, and assessment ideas that make durable skills visible and teachable alongside AI and technical competencies. Educators will leave with actionable approaches to prepare students not only to use AI tools, but to think, lead, and problem-solve beyond them.
