Andy Ridley is a Regional Account Representative for WIN Learning, having recently concluded over 11 years of state-wide and county-level workforce and labor market expertise. While he holds a Master of Education in Leadership, after 25 years of mathematics instruction and administration at the elementary, secondary, and university levels, Andy left the school system. His pursuits organically led him into workforce development, pointing people and businesses to career and talent solutions. He now continues that passion with WIN Learning, award-winning in the industry for innovative and transformative career and college readiness solutions, including various National Work Ready Credentials. Andy was born and raised in Arizona. Recently, he bought and moved into his childhood home and property. In his free time, he’s a music enthusiast and fruit orchard and vineyard grower.

Earning the National Work Readiness Credentials for Soft Skills and Academic Skills, students hold stackable credentials that validate mastery of their career readiness and add establish a footing to their portfolio of industry-specific credentials. CTE teachers can use the courseware as a curriculum supplement.
