With a Master of Education in Leadership and more than 25 years of experience in instruction and educational administration across elementary, secondary, and university levels, Andy transitioned from the classroom to the broader mission of workforce development. His keenest interests lie in connecting individuals and organizations with meaningful career and talent solutions. A native of Arizona, Andy recently returned to his roots by purchasing and moving into his childhood home.
