With a Master of Education in Leadership and more than 25 years of experience in instruction and educational administration across elementary, secondary, and university levels, Andy transitioned from the classroom to the broader mission of workforce development. His keenest interests lie in connecting individuals and organizations with meaningful career and talent solutions. At WIN Learning—an industry leader recognized for its innovative career readiness tools and National Work Ready Credentials—Andy continues to champion transformative approaches to education and employment alignment. A native of Arizona, Andy recently returned to his roots by purchasing and moving into his childhood home. Outside of his professional life, he leads a performing stage band and cultivates a fruit orchard and vineyard.
