Stephanie Stanley is a seasoned educator and instructional leader dedicated to fostering excellence in teaching and learning. With a rich background in curriculum development, instructional coaching, and adult education, Stephanie brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her roles within the educational field. Currently serving as a Curriculum & Instructional Specialist at West-MEC in Glendale, AZ, Stephanie focuses on elevating student learning opportunities through strategic instructional leadership. In this capacity, she leads curriculum and assessment development efforts, provides invaluable coaching to teaching staff, and collaborates as a key instructional leadership team member to design and evaluate educational experiences tailored to student needs. Prior to her role at West-Mec, Stephanie served as a Master Teacher within the Avondale Elementary School District, where she led professional development initiatives, implemented research-based best practices for student intervention, and facilitated the development and implementation of academic achievement and assessment plans. Stephanie's educational journey includes earning two master's degrees, one in Educational Administration from the University of Phoenix and another in Educational Leadership and Organization from Grand Canyon University. She holds several certifications, including K-12 Principal/Administrator, K-6 Classroom Teacher, and Arizona Adult Education Teacher, and a certificate in CTE Education and Training. Outside of her professional endeavors, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her family and engaging in activities that promote lifelong learning and personal growth.

This session will also briefly discuss effective instructional strategies aligned with Generation Z's preferences in CTE classrooms, such as teaching methods that integrate technology, encourage hands-on experiences, foster student collaboration, and offer personalized learning opportunities.
