Eric Stevens is a 21-year veteran of Education, at all levels. He spent 13 years as an Agriculture Education and Biology teacher, 6 years as a Principal of both in-person & online High Schools, and is now in his 3rd year at the East Valley Institute of Technology as an Instructional Specialist. His favorite part of being an Instructional Specialist is working with new teachers straight out of Industry, and watching their growth from an "employee trainer" to a "classroom educator". In Eric's spare time, he loves to participate in activities with his two kids, and watch as much sports as he can!

The session will cover analyzing current enrollment trends, understanding school community influences, and identifying collaboration opportunities within their schools. By the end, attendees will have a clear plan to strengthen recruitment efforts and improve student retention in their programs.
