Mr. Hull, Jimmy

Senior Manager of Workforce Development

Jimmy Hull joined NCCER as a Senior Manager for Workforce Development in February 2025.  Jimmy spent 28 years in K-12 in Alabama including time as a high school principal, a school system CTE director, and the Assistant State Superintendent for CTE and Workforce Development for the Alabama State Department of Education.  During this time, Jimmy worked closely with NCCER as his department served as a sponsor allowing all Alabama K-12 CTE Construction Programs to serve as NCCER training programs. Jimmy resides in central Alabama about 20 miles north of Montgomery on beautiful Lake Jordan with his wife, Terrie, and three daughters: Kaylie (20), Avery (18), and Chloe (15).  Jimmy is thrilled to be a part of the NCCER team and looking forward to being a partner with you as we support your mission to provide high quality training and credentials to your programs!

Participants will learn how to co-develop training and apprenticeship pathways, integrate industry-recognized credentials, use labor market data to shape curriculum, and create feedback loops that keep instruction aligned with jobsite realities. The session also highlights approaches for expanding equitable access to training and employment opportunities across diverse communities.
