Regional Project Manager, College & Career Pathways, Southwest Arizona

Currently serving as the Regional Project Manager for College and Career Pathways at the Center for the Future of Arizona, Moises is dedicated to building & expanding pathways for career exploration, early college programs of studies, and work-based learning opportunities within Yuma County. With nearly a decade experience in Workforce Innovation Opportunity Act (WIOA) programs, his workforce development experience began with providing workforce services to underserved – high risk youth at ARIZONA@WORK’s Youth Program. Later transitioning to WIOA Business Services, Moises has had a long history of forging strong relationships between workforce programs and industry, contributing to the overall economic and workforce development of Yuma County. Now in his current role, his commitment to serve his community continues behind college and career pathways initiatives that empower students and schools to thrive in the Southwest region.

The toolkit equips students with effective strategies and fosters connections with workforce partners. By linking students to local job fairs, it supports career pathway exploration and builds collaborations between schools and regional industries.
