Purpose: Transition from teacher led educational method to student led learning encourages engagement and ownership of the learning. Objectives: 1. Introduction/ Defining Flipped Classroom and supporting theories surrounding the method 2. Introduction of current evidence surrounding FCM (pros/cons) 3. Introducing a variety of examples and strategies. 4. Modeling and having participants participate in a mock mini lesson utilizing the method. 5. Q&A
