Monica Castillo has 30 years of leadership, and coaching experience in private higher education. She started as an enrollment advisor and progressed to leadership positions as Director of Enrollment, Campus Director, Regional Vice President of Enrollment, Regional Director of Learning and training, Senior Learning Consultant, and Corporate Director of University Learning. She founded West Coast Performance Partners with Stephen Villaescusa in 2015 serving mid and small organizations in education, research, and not-for-profit. She holds a Master's in Organizational Management, Newfield coaching, John Maxwell Certification, xchange member, and IamHeart certification program in process. Additionally, she is part of a team creating and designing online programs for Agile2 Academy. Over the years, Monica has measured her success in promoting individuals to their highest potential by creating seminars, coaching, and being a thinking partner for the companies she serves.
