In this session we will do the following. "Critical Incident Debriefing" this activity and assignment is meant to take commonly observed incidents and break them down. Instructors would share their own observations of an incident and discuss if they agreed with actions and outcome of incident or if they disagreed. Following this, the incident is reviewed again and broken down to establish various parts as it relates to the legal system, case law, and various Arizona Revised Statutes.
