Dawna joined IEEE in 2018, leaving a position as Director of In-district Initiatives for the Rutgers Center for Mathematics, Science, and Computer Education (CMSCE). She began her career as a mechanical engineer with Honeywell International, and she later transitioned to a career in education and taught at the elementary/primary level. Since she left the classroom in 2001, Dawna has coordinated and developed STEM programming for students and educators at higher-education institutions as well as non-profit organizations. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from UMass Dartmouth.

Please join Dawna Schultz from Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) student and academic educational programs. She will present ways to use free resources from IEEE Try Engineering to introduce the semiconductor industry through fun hands-on projects and other resources.
