Human Resources Manager
Paige Watson is an experienced Human Resources leader with over 20 years of helping people thrive at work, especially in large industries like mining. She currently serves as the HR Manager at CalPortland’s Rillito Cement Plant in Tucson, supporting employees in both the cement plant and quarry operations. Paige's work spans recruiting, employee relations, policy guidance, and onboarding, all to ensure smooth operations in a safety-focused, team-driven environment. Mining is a demanding field, but Paige thrives on the challenge and values the strong sense of community it brings. Outside of work, she actively supports the community by serving on the Board of Directors for the Green Valley Fire Foundation and the Marana Chamber of Commerce. To her, HR is more than policies and procedures - it’s about building trust, empowering people, and creating lasting impact. Leadership, service, and heart are at the core of everything she does, both professionally and personally.
