Terri's experience as an educator integrating state standards and individualized learning goals for adult learners, involving the facilitation of small group training, individualized coaching sessions, and aligning curriculum with community and employment needs, will be an asset toward our ongoing endeavor to develop quality program standards. Terri’s more recent customer service experience working with teachers seeking CTE certification and ensuring alignment with state licensure regulations, policies, and credentialing standards that address skills and knowledge needed by entry-level workers has also prepared her to develop customized end-of-program assessments that address what teachers teach and what students learn.
