Erin Hawkins is an experienced educator and student success leader with a strong background in supporting college and career readiness across K–12 schools. She has spent more than a decade working alongside counselors, administrators, and career and technical education teams to design programs that help students explore their interests, understand emerging workforce opportunities, and build clear plans for their future. Erin’s work focuses on creating equitable, student-centered pathways that empower learners to connect their strengths to meaningful career goals. She brings practical expertise in professional development, program implementation, and school-wide planning structures that elevate the role of counselors and improve postsecondary outcomes. Erin is passionate about helping districts remove barriers, engage families, and strengthen readiness skills so every student graduates with confidence and direction.
