As a former school counselor and current student success consultant, Amy will share practical strategies districts are using to help students discover strengths, connect interests to real career pathways, and build actionable postsecondary plans aligned to state expectations. The session will highlight effective practices for supporting counselor-led planning, improving student ownership, engaging families, and using data to guide meaningful conversations at scale. Participants will see examples of career exploration activities, course planning structures that promote academic alignment, and reporting methods that help teams identify early needs and close opportunity gaps.
