With 30 years of experience in education, Tania Gray brings a deep passion for teaching and learning to every presentation. She spent 23 years teaching high school English at Lake Havasu High School, where she also served as English Department Chair and launched the school’s Education Professions program, writing the curriculum and teaching the course for four years. A National Board Certified Teacher, she now serves in her fourth year as Curriculum and Instruction Coach for LHUSD, supporting educators across the district in strengthening instruction and professional practice. Tania is a proud member of the Learning Forward Academy Class of 2026 and was honored as the 2017 Mohave County Teacher of the Year. She is committed to fostering collaborative, student-centered learning environments that keep students at the heart of every decision. Outside of education, she enjoys life with her husband and is the proud mom of a 24-year-old ASU graduate.
