Karen Martin is a Program Specialist for Education & Training in Family & Consumer Sciences (FCS), supporting educators across Arizona in delivering high-quality Career and Technical Education programs. She brings a strong foundation in human development and educational leadership, holding a B.S. from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and an M.A. from Gardner-Webb University, along with National Board Certification. Karen provides statewide professional development, curriculum support, and program guidance to ensure FCS teachers have the resources and confidence to help students thrive. Known for her collaborative, educator-centered approach, she is dedicated to empowering teachers, expanding real-world learning, and advancing CTE to benefit learners, families, and communities across Arizona.
