Kelsey Garrett started her career at Lincoln Electric in 2015 after gradÂuating from the University of Science and Technology with a B.S. in Welding Engineering. During her time with Lincoln, she has worked as a sales representative in Southern California, managed the national distributor training program, and earned her CWI. She is passionate about teaching distributor personnel about welding tips to sell and increasing their confidence with hands-on welding.
