DeWayne Demland is a seasoned executive, entrepreneur, and educator with leadership experience across business, automotive, emergency medical services, and higher education. Now a classroom instructor in the Phoenix Union High School District at Trevor G. Browne High School, he focuses on student success and workforce readiness, designing innovative curricula, improving completion and testing outcomes, and mentoring students toward industry certifications and leadership development. A former C-level executive, he pairs strategic vision with hands-on operational expertise and holds an MBA and a B.S. in Business Administration (Summa Cum Laude), along with numerous certifications in education, EMS, and automotive technology. He is a member of Delta Mu Delta and Sigma Alpha Pi and is the author of Excellence in Morale: Leadership for Anyone.
