Mr. Oliver began his career as an electronic engineering-trained sales engineer, serving global clients across multiple industries and consistently exceeding sales goals. Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, he founded and led a consulting-turned-systems-integration company, managing a team of up to 25 before being recruited by a larger integration firm, which brought him to the United States to support its operations. His work with manufacturing and life-sciences organizations strengthened his expertise in regulatory compliance and market development, eventually inspiring him to launch a new venture focused on leadership and organizational behavior improvement. Mr. Oliver has facilitated leadership training for diverse audiences—including Air Force personnel and mid-level managers—and has developed online programs for personal and professional growth. He holds multiple certifications, including Maxwell Leadership, DISC Advanced Behavioral Analysis Consultant, Dr. Amen’s Brain Health Coach, EQ Project, and OKR Professional.
