Jayme Fitzpatrick is a dedicated leader in Career and Technical Education (CTE) with over 20 years of experience bridging the gap between the classroom and the workforce. As the Director of College and Career Readiness for Scottsdale Unified School District, she oversees a diverse range of CTE pathways across five high schools, ensuring students are equipped with the technical and professional skills needed to thrive in the modern economy. Her career is defined by a commitment to innovation, having spearheaded the launch of high-demand programs in engineering, healthcare, and construction, while establishing nationally recognized academies in entrepreneurship, hospitality, and tourism. Jayme’s leadership has been widely recognized by her peers; she has been honored as the ACTEAZ Administrator of the Year, the Arizona DECA Administrator of the Year, and served as an ACTE National Fellow. Beyond her district leadership, she served as the Secretary for the ACOVA and served as Region V Representative on the ACTE Admin Division Policy Committee. A tireless advocate for student success, Jayme continues to shape the future of CTE through strategic industry integration and a focus on sustainable, high-impact community partnerships.
