Marlo Loria has been working collaboratively with teachers, administrators, staff, business and community representatives for the largest public school district in Arizona for over 17 years. As the director of career and technical education and innovative partnerships for Mesa Public Schools, she has extensive experience in building strategic partnerships with educators, businesses and community organizations to develop, execute and support a P-20 career pathways ecosystem for Mesa students’ academic, technical and economic success. As a result of her team's work, over 20,000 9-12th grade students have had one or more career touchpoints with a business and industry leader, helping foster their curiosity and passion for a future career. She has worked with workforce development partners, such as Mesa Chamber of Commerce and ElevateEdAZ to develop robust internship programs and work based learning experiences with companies like Honeywell, Boeing, Empire CAT, and Mayo Clinic.
