Frank Quinn is an Industry Certification Manager and has worked for West-Mec for 15 years. Frank has more than 13 years’ experience in Industry with over 30 years in Education. He spent 13 years as an automotive and diesel technician and was also an Automotive, Diesel, Hydraulics and Electronics Instructor. He is currently an ASE Evaluation Team Leader and ASE National Mentor.
