Heidi Resh is a Career and Technical Education (CTE) educator specializing in Education Professions and Early Childhood Education, currently serving as a high school Early Childhood teacher and Director of the on-site preschool lab in Gilbert Public Schools. A product of CTE herself, she was inspired by her early childhood and FFA programs to pursue education as a career. Heidi holds a bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with an emphasis in dance and education, as well as a master’s degree in Early Childhood Education Curriculum and Instruction. With 10 years of ECE teaching experience, plus previous roles as a TOYBOX preschool paraprofessional and junior high Family and Consumer Sciences teacher, she brings extensive expertise in curriculum design, student workforce supervision, family engagement, and educator mentorship. In 2024, she was named Copper Coyote of the Year at Campo Verde High School, and the TOYBOX Preschool Program she oversees earned a 5-star Quality First rating. Passionate about developmentally appropriate practice and strong CTE pathways, Heidi is committed to building programs that support both student and educator growth. Outside of work, she enjoys dancing, camping, and spending time with her husband and five children.

In this collaborative, hands-on session, Early Childhood and Education Professions educators will work together in a dynamic forum of peer-led mini resource presentations. Participants will explore and share classroom-ready curriculum resources aligned to state and program standards while exchanging proven best practices, hands-on learning ideas, and solutions to common program challenges. The session provides dedicated time for networking, aligning curriculum to standards, discussing professional development needs, and sharing practical tools and strategies that can be implemented immediately. Please come prepared with your favorite samples, lesson materials, or go-to resources to share with the group.
