With 34 years of experience in education, Cathy Bailey-Bagby has dedicated her career to nurturing young learners and supporting early childhood education. She began her journey as a kindergarten teacher and preschool coordinator in Parker, Arizona, later continuing to teach kindergarten in Lake Havasu. Currently, she shares her passion for child development as a CTE Early Childhood Education teacher at Lake Havasu High School. As a National Board Certified CTE Teacher, Cathy is involved with supporting CTE candidates seeking certification. Her journey with the AZ K 12 Center has included serving as a member of the Teacher Solutions Team from 2022-2025. Beyond the classroom, she is an active community member, volunteering at the Lake Havasu Museum of History, where she brings local history to life for children. A proud member of Alpha Delta Kappa, she continues to inspire future educators and advocate for lifelong learning.
