Tracey Celaya serves as the Career & Technical Education (CTE) Director for Florence Unified, bringing more than 30 years of experience in education, including 26 years in the Florence District. She began her career as the district’s business teacher at Florence High School when the CTE department consisted of only Agriculture Science and Business, later becoming CTE Director while continuing to teach and advise FBLA. Since transitioning exclusively into the director role in 2008, she has overseen significant growth in the district’s CTE offerings, which now span multiple high schools and include partnerships with CAVIT and Central Arizona College for dual-enrollment credit. Tracey holds an AA from Yavapai College, a bachelor’s degree in Business Education, and a master’s degree in Career & Technical Education from Northern Arizona University, and she remains deeply committed to expanding CTE opportunities for Florence Unified students.
