Reynolds, Caitlin

Ag Teacher FFA Advisor
Flowing Wells Unified School District

Over the past ten years as an agriculture teacher, I have worked intentionally to build a successful, high-impact program while also maintaining balance and staying true to who I am outside the classroom. I have experienced both successes and failures along the way, and those experiences have shaped how I approach my program, my time, and my role as an educator. I am passionate about sharing what I have learned with other teachers and helping them find ways to be successful both professionally and personally.

This session will focus on systems, boundaries, and strategies that help educators run strong, student-centered programs without feeling overwhelmed or stretched too thin. This session will help you to intentionally build a successful, high-impact program while also maintaining balance and staying true to who you are outside the classroom. We have all experienced both successes and failures along the way, and those experiences have shaped how we approach our programs, our time, and our roles as educators.
