Amanda Potts is an experienced educator with a passion for developing strong, competent, and ethical business leaders in the culinary and hospitality industries. She holds a Master's Degree in Career and Technical Education from Northern Arizona University (NAU) and has also completed her BA in Hotel Restaurant Management (HRM) from NAU and Associates in HRM from Central Arizona College (CAC). With 16 years of CTE teaching Experience, Amanda brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the classroom. She has also worked in the Hotel Restaurant industry for over 10 years with companies like Canyon Ranch Resort and Spa and Walt Disney World Yacht and Beach Club Resort. She holds a Masters degree in Career & Technical Education and is a Professor of Hotel & Restaurant Management at Central Arizona College
