As an experienced career services professional, Jessica has had a successful career working in secondary and post-secondary education. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University in Communications Studies, and a Graduate Certificate in Higher Educational Leadership from Keller School of Management. She is also a NCDA Certified School Career Development Advisor. Jessica spent 7 years as a Career Coach, working directly with students through workshops and training to help prepare them for economic independence. She is the current Director of Career Services at West-MEC, and as such, supports the Career Services department while utilizing data collection and reporting to advance student success.
