Nicole Schmitt is the Business Management Teacher and FBLA Adviser at Coolidge High School. Her business experience began at an early age, assisting in all areas of operation in the family-owned Italian food distribution company. Her experience as an industry professional further developed when employed with a Fortune 500 national food service distributor. There she focused on customer service, marketing, sales, and inventory management. Nicole brings over 30 years of industry experience to prepare students for real world problem solving and offers tools to excel at the next level. Nicole motivates students to be engaged in the classroom, in their FBLA Chapter, and in their community. Nicole’s accolades during her six years as a high school teacher include, 2021 FCCLA New Adviser of the Year award, 2023 FBLA New Adviser of the Year award, and current FBLA Executive Council member.
