Jennifer has 20 years of experience serving the Greater Phoenix region in community and workforce development. In her current role as Program Director of Workforce Development for the Maricopa Community Colleges, Jennifer's work is focused on connecting efforts to develop career and educational pathways across a spectrum of partners that include employers, P-12 systems, workforce agency & community partners, workers seeking advancement, re-careering workers and lifelong learners. Jennifer has served on a number of state and national organizations including the National Association of Career and Technical Education Information (board member), Arizona Career and Technical Education Association (board member), and the Arizona Occupational Administrators Council (current President). She holds an M. Ed in Higher and Postsecondary Education from Arizona State University's Division of Educational Leadership and Policy Studies.
