Katie Aikins serves as the Director of Education for the Arizona Farm Bureau, leading statewide efforts to strengthen agricultural awareness and literacy among K–12 students and the general public. She designs and implements innovative curricula and outreach programs that make complex agricultural issues accessible and engaging for diverse audiences. In addition to her Farm Bureau work, Aikins develops and manages educational programming for the Arizona Pork Council, broadening her impact within the agricultural community. She holds a Master of Science in Agricultural Education from the University of Arizona and draws on experience in both classroom teaching and academic research to effectively bridge the gap between agriculture and education.
