Bethany Matos serves as the State FFA Executive Secretary for the Arizona Association FFA. She earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Agricultural Education from the University of Arizona. Bethany taught agricultural education for six years in Yavapai County before transitioning into her current role, where she has served for the past ten years. She is passionate about supporting agricultural educators, developing student leaders, and strengthening agricultural education programs across the state.
