Sessions of 2025 Summer Conference: Katherine Adams

Adams, Katherine
SVP
Serving as Senior Vice President of Pipeline AZ, Katherine Adams has provided dedicated leadership over the past eight years to build Pipeline AZ initially incubated under the Partnership for Economic Innovation. Pipeline AZ is a career exploration platform, initiative and a non-profit partner who is demonstrating how career exploration and pathway development through collaboration around technology can innovate Arizona’s workforce ecosystem and better connect stakeholders in education, industry, government, and business in our state. Taking Pipeline AZ to market entailed designing comprehensive work teams composed of community stakeholders who support our future workforce to collect and disseminate key needs for deployment, and adoption of a regional talent optimization platform for Arizona. Katherine continues to lead and is involved in education and career pathway initiatives that help drive awareness and adoption of the resource to power a career-ready pipeline for Arizona’s emerging economy. Katherine is a foundational partner in the Arizona Coalition for Career Readiness, a statewide career development network, who supports Pipeline AZ’s technology infrastructure as the common career language and resource in Arizona.

The workforce ecosystem is made up of three pillars- career explorers, job trainers/educators, and employers. The key to impacting the workforce of the future is Career Connected Learning, Advocacy and Transparency. Bridging a path to the future workforce is made possible through awareness and access and completion of key pathway programs. This early insight is critical for the community’s economic growth and sustainability. We are working to seamlessly connect those pillars.
