Joann Bueno, a Certified Professional in Human Resources, serves as the State Apprenticeship Program Director at the Workforce Solutions Administration in the Division of Employment and Rehabilitation Services at the Department of Economic Security, leading and supporting Arizona’s efforts to expand and strengthen apprenticeship programs. Her team collaborates closely with employers, industry leaders, community organizations, community colleges, universities, Career and Technical Education (CTE) districts, and local workforce agencies to create sustainable and diverse career pathways. Under her leadership, the Arizona Apprenticeship Office ensures that Registered Apprenticeship programs meet industry demands and foster career growth opportunities statewide.
