Prior to his current role with ITW Welding, Brad completed his Associates in Welding Technology, as well as a Bachelors in Weld Engineering at Weber State University. While attending school he worked at welding fab shops to gain hands on experience, welding handrails, rock climbing walls, and roller coaster cars. After attending college Brad started his career with Miller Electric as a Weld Engineer in product development. This included time in the TIG products business, Automation group, and Integrated MIG systems. He was the Weld Engineer for the Dynasty/Maxstar, Syncrowave, Diversion, and Millermatic products. During his time in a development role, he was awarded multiple patents. After 8 years at Miller in product development, Brad worked for 2 years as a Weld Engineer for Lockheed Martin MFC (Missiles and Fire Control) where his focus was the firing pallet for the THAAD Missile System. Brad is currently an Industrial District Manager for ITW Welding, comprising Miller Electric, Hobart, Bernard, Tregaskiss, Smith and Weldcraft. He has worked in this position for 4 years with his current territory covering Arizona and New Mexico. He currently lives in Queen Creek AZ with his wife and daughter. His hobbies include, motorcycles, fishing, hunting, shooting, welding art, and classic truck restoration.
