Oleg Shvets has led various workforce projects at the Arizona Office of Economic Opportunity and the Arizona Commerce Authority since May, 2019. In his current role as Communications and Workforce Program Manager, he helps facilitate all agency communications, marketing, and brand management while also developing and leading Statewide Workforce Training Initiatives with OEO's Community College and CTE Partners. Prior to joining OEO, Oleg worked at the Arizona Department of Education for 17 years as the State Director for Arizona DECA and briefly taught Marketing at his high school alma matter in Cleveland, Ohio.
