As a retired Police Detective, College Dean, and law, public safety, and security instructor, Herb Williams is proud to offer two certifications in Arizona for CTE programs in Crime Scene Management and Animal Decontamination. Over the last 10+ years, Mr. Williams has had the privilege to work with multiple schools and instructors. He holds an MBA and a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in Homeland Security. He and his wife and have 5 children and 7 grandchildren.
