Vice President of Strategic Partnerships
Dr. Randall Kimmens currently works as the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships for Futures Inc. for the last three years. He has brought business, industry and education together in support of career development with the support of Pipeline AZ. Previously, he worked as the Associate Vice Chancellor of Workforce Development and other administrative roles for 26 years at Maricopa County Community College District. He has also worked at various community colleges and universities as a faculty member, Director and Dean for an additional 10 years. Randall has his Doctorate degree in higher Education administration from Northern Arizona University. He has held various statewide officer positions in several workforce development roles. He has won awards in support of his work in workforce, economic and community development throughout his career.

A new partnership between Owens Corning, Futures Inc, West-MEC, and Pima JTED will be presented. This partnership involves secondary students participating in a fast track program in roofing and construction through a unique program. The program offers skill development for students to be trained for employment in as little as 4-8 weeks. As students progress they can also explore a variety construction careers offered through Owens Corning.
