As CTE programs evolve, industry-aligned micro‑credentials are becoming essential for validating real-world skills. In this session, participants will explore JA Inspire’s growing collection of student-friendly digital badges—covering employability skills, career exploration, resume readiness, and workplace professionalism—available in the interactive JA Inspire Studio. Attendees will see how these stackable credentials support learning from middle school through high school CTE and work-based experiences. The session includes a hands-on activity where educators earn a mock JA Inspire badge using the same criteria students complete, and will leave with practical ideas for integrating micro-credentials into advisory periods, CTSOs, and CTE assessments.
