Explore a variety of ways to support academic core subject areas through a Culinary Arts elective. This session will provide examples of how to incorporate engaging and meaningful activities into your established curriculum that highlight ELA, math and science standards. Additionally, we will identify ways that your curriculum and lesson plans are already supporting core classes, and how to demonstrate this to your administration. All handouts and files used during the session will be available for attendees to take back to their classroom.
