Rebecca Pringle is the Education Client Manager at Pipeline AZ, where she supports the development, implementation, and adoption of the Pipeline AZ college solutions. Rebecca brings with her a decade of experience in development and community engagement for statewide nonprofits, most recently serving at Arizona State University. Rebecca has a passion for serving students and increasing equitable access to career pathways for all Arizonans. She received her bachelor's degree in Economics from Smith College and a Masters of Innovation and Venture Development from ASU's W.P. Carey School of Business.

Traditionally, improving career readiness, has been the role of career advisers. Today, everyone should support career readiness for all students at scale by embedding career learning and exploration all along the student journey. Student success is not possible without pervasive, highly visible staff leadership and faculty engagement to embed career vernacular and education and career milestones for students. Pipeline AZ is Arizona's career exploration tool that compliments today's efforts through showcasing Arizona' s high demand pathways, customizing support by system and audience.
