Sarah Jayne began her career as a Language Arts and English Language teacher, and after obtaining her Masters in Educational Leadership from Northern Arizona University, joined the CTE world in 2015 as a CTE Director for Tanque Verde USD in Tucson. In August 2022, she moved to Pima Community College as the Advanced Program Coordinator for the Perkins Grant, and works to support and improve CTE programs on all campuses, using a focus on data analysis, equity, and diversity in program planning.

CTE Deconstructed: The "Unconference" will offer a chance for you to connect, inquire and inspire. Organized as informal table talks around the topics most relevant to your work, this session offers direct and helpful conversation about the things you want to talk about. Topics could include: Perkins management or new State Plan, navigating the GME, mobile learning units, VR and third-party teaching resources, industry trends, work-based learning, creating effective advisory boards and working with high schools.
