Jayne, Sarah

Advanced Program Coordinator, Perkins V Grant
Pima Community College

Sarah Jayne began her career as a Language Arts and English Language teacher, and after obtaining her Masters in Educational Leadership from Northern Arizona University, joined the CTE world in 2015 as a CTE Director for Tanque Verde USD in Tucson. In 2022, she moved to Pima Community College as the Advanced Program Coordinator for the Perkins Grant, and works to support and improve CTE programs by not only obtaining funding, but by providing program evaluation, strategic planning, collaboration and detailed reporting. While she still loves a good Shakespeare play, her passion for CTE stems from her belief that education designed to align with career goals and provide clear pathways to success is truly life-changing.

How can I get more stakeholder participation in the CLNA? This session is designed to allow the Perkins managers and CTE specialists at all 10 Arizona Community Colleges to ask each other very specific Perkins Management questions, get very specific answers, and share what works for them. ADE CTE Grant Specialists will also be present to discuss changes to GME and answer questions as well.
